THE 6-STRING CIGAR BOX “FRANKENCASTER”
At Waterside Guitars, when we set out to make this 6-string guitar, we set our sights on the ultimate instrument. And it all started with a relic Fender Squire Strat neck.
We replaced the original nut with a Tusk nut and brought it to Fender specs. Then we treated the woods with a gunstock oil and polished all frets. We installed a 3-way switch to choose between two different, powerful pickups (humbucker and hot rail) or to combine them. And we mounted it all in a lacquered long Alex Bradley black box.
The result – a silky smooth, fast low-action instrument play plays beautifully, looks great and put out with a combination of killer tones.

This instrument has been tested on a variety of amps and has a strong tonal range that can handle any kind of music. It’s got exceptional tone, playability and sustain. This guitar has been precisely set up for a clean, low action and proper intonation.
